How do we cope with them?

We have must have all experienced them at some point. Passive aggressive female co-worker or just a guy who is a complete knob at work.

I know in all the places I have worked in over the years you always come across them. Doesn't matter which level you work at, new starter to manager you always get 1 person that is just a constant Nelly negative and drains the life out of me.

You think you would have filtered out all he idiots after school but slowly they seem to creep into your professional life as well.

Seeing guys in the 40s act like teenagers at work is never something I will adjust to I think

That's rife in schools, especially primary where most of the staff are usually female - the amount of gossip and bitching going on outside of the class room is very similar to the playground.

You'd like to think we'd all grown up a bit!

Having worked in a nursery, a call centre and for McDonald's I've had a lifetimes worth already.

I've heard that about primary schools before.

What do you think causes it so much in that career sector?

Large amount of women, the many many different teaching methods, all the paperwork they have to abide by from higher up and the teacher/teaching assistant divide
