I've not found this mentioned on here (apologies if I'm duplicating a post). Has anyone tried https://usabilityhub.com/testers ? You can sign up as a tester.

It's 5 second user testing (in reality, some tests may take up to 30 seconds). They pay 10c a test, which given the effort needed is pretty good

I've done 14 tests over the past week. You need to login regularly to check what is available.

Sounds like it could be of use to some people here. What does a test entail exactly please?

A test can be as simple as which home page do you prefer to looking at an example page for 5 seconds then answering 3 questions about what you saw (that's the most in depth it seems to get.)

I think for 30 seconds of work I would be interested in this do they offer a referral to new users? Because if they do I'm happy to use yours to sign up.

There's no referral system in place, that I've seen but thank you anyway

Thank you for advising about this site. I've just signed up but it looks like I've accidentally signed up as a professional to create tests rather than as a tester, so I've sent them an email to ask what to do.

I emailed them and they switched me to a tester. That's what happens when I do things so late at night lol. Earned 40c already and will check the site tomorrow for more tests.

I'd check with them on that, it's a flat rate of 10c. Are you sure it wasn't 1 credit? 1 credit = 10cents

Thanks! Signed up and I'm up to a dollar now. I just keep refreshing whenever I open my browser. New tasks seem to pop up if you leave it a bit. The most I've done in the same session is two. Tasks are really quick and easy.

Signed up last night and there were no tasks. But logged on just now and had 3 "choose the best one" sort of tasks. Up to 30c now x

Something nobody has mentioned yet: you need to earn 200 credits before you get paid out, which is $20

I'm up to 80c
Incredibly slow, but it's building up.
I can only do 2 tasks at a time usually and then it says they are all gone.
