Hi all
All day I have been getting an "Account suspended" message when opening TMS... after a bit of investigating I found I can access the site normally as long as I am not using my Virgin Media broadband. Virgin have a habit of blocking sites and it appears they may have blocked TMS, I have accessed by using a proxy site. Is anyone else here using VM? having the same issues? If you type Proxy into google then type the TMS url into it you should gain access.

I had that error message yesterday evening for awhile and I am with EE.
This morning it is fine.

I REALLY need to see a screenshot of what this 'account suspended' error message looks like

The only thing that's been suspended is my old legacy hosting package which went yesterday as TMS has moved to a cloud hosting solution with a new IP and so the domains need to point at a new address so if your browser has cached any of our old details you wouldn't get to the site!

I got on to VM chat this morning, they said they had not placed any ban on the TMS, I asked why only on Virgin I couldn't access it, they did a diagnostic thing on my router and now it works fine.. so panic over... Jon I posted a screenie on the TMS facebook page last night, but as I say it now works, if anyone still cant access it they should try contacting VM (or whoever provides their broadband) to do whatever they remotely did to my router.

That would be why it happened for me then. I just googled the address then it came up ok.
It is fine now anyway so everything has obviously now updated.

Just wanted to say this happened to me, Virgin diagnosed it as a DNS caching issue and it was resolved by doing a hard reset on the router.

I have virgin Media too seems okay. When I entered on my computer first time today it brought up a warning message something about file too large. I was trying to read Cammi's new thread.
