So that's me now back from my travels to Budapest. For people looking for a nice cheap holiday somewhere with cheap beer then I cannot recommend Budapest highly enough! There's a beer I love in the UK that is only on sale in one pub in Aberdeen called Kozel - lovely beer. £3.50 a pint here - a half litre bottle over there? 64p!!
Anyway it's back to reality now and it's amazing how depressing it is stepping of a plane into the rain at 8am in Glasgow. It got me more motivated regarding my honeymoon so the extra income boost is back in full motion today.
Sitting in a pub in Glasgow on Saturday morning I finally signed up to Bet 365 - I'd put this off for ages as it was too much money for me to have tied up all at once but their sign up offer has now changed. This time it's just £100 that they match so managed to come away with a £67.46 profit. An excellent start to the month considering I hadn't gained a single penny while away! My target this month is just £200.00 but it's a decent start.
The only surveys I managed to do while away were on VYPR but that only amounts to 40p! Back on the computer now and have already managed a 67p prolific survey and I have 8 I-Say surveys to no doubt get screened out of.
TARGET - £200.00
Bet 365 - £67.46
VYPR - £0.40
Prolific Academic - £0.67
Total - £68.53 - £131.47 to go!
EDIT - just discovered a 50p bonus payment on my Prolific account! £69.03!
I was determined that my first day back at surveys was going to be a good one and it turned out not too bad!
Prolific Academic - £5.48
One Poll - £1.25
I-SAY - £2.36
As well as pennies in VYPR, QMEE, Curious Cat and Pure Profile meant a survey income of £8.61 yesterday. Can't complain with that!
I'm sitting waiting on a big amount of money coming in from Bet 365 which has tied my money up for a few days. Just checked my bank statement and it's back in so can take a go at some new Bookie sign up offers. At the point now though where it's slow to make any money with them. Just need to get my head down and do it one by one!
As money was tight I decided to see what offers there were in the Bingo section and had a random go on Foxy Bingo (with their 400% first deposit bonus). Put a tenner in and was about half way through gambling my bonus funds when I won £1.96 and then £15.00 in quick succession. £6.96 profit for about 5 minutes work is greatly appreciated!
That takes my October total to £84.60 so far. Lovely jubbly!
I had a gut feeling that yesterday just wasn't going to be a good day. I was proved right with just £3.51 in surveys completed. Prolific dried up for me and I missed out on doing a £7 survey due to getting a phone call at the wrong time! Most frustrating!!
£88.11 it is then. Just got to keep it ticking over and start up with some sign up offers again. Tempted to do Betbright but have seen some negative posts on the PA forum regarding getting gubbed there. Worth the risk?
So close to £100 for the month!
I started yesterday on £88.11 and by the day end I was up to £99.71. Again mainly down to Prolific Academic which brought in just under £10 worth of surveys! Curious Cat was cashed out (for £1.23) as was QMEE (£0.67 - no idea why but I just prefer to see the funds in my paypal!).
Matched Betting didn't happen so did some mug bets which I broke even on. As mentioned above I'll be doing the Betbright offer but will be waiting until the end of the week to get some Premier League matches.
All in all a successful day.
My fiance was asking me how much I've made since starting all this. I started mid August....
August - £207.59
September - £261.63 (only figure I can find but I thought I was higher than that!)
October - £99.71
£568.93 in just over 2 months. Seems to disappear faster than it comes in!
£100 has been passed! It was a rather lame day yesterday with just £4.81 being made (Prolific once again)which takes me to £104.52. I seriously dislike international weeks in football as it limits matched betting significantly!.
could be worse i didn't make anything yesterday lool
I seem to be every second day as a good one. Expecting big things today.....so far....
Agony. Since I started Matched Betting I've waited to do the Bet 365 sign up so I can get involved with their £50 in play bets on big games. Finally got it yesterday and managed to back the same bet twice which of course lost making me £23.22 out of pocket. Managed to back over 3.5 goals and lay under 3.5 goals! Absolutely fuming with myself over it as I even thought I had done it wrong and went back in to check and didn't click. If only there has been 2 more goals then I'd have been a millionaire! On top of some mug betting I've lost £30 since the weekend at the bookies! At least my accounts will still be open!
Now I was busy at the weekend studying for an exam yesterday (passed!) so surveys were barely looked at. I did however manage to complete the Betbright sign up offer - there was a lot of chat on the PA forum about them limiting accounts very quickly even for just doing the sign up offer....thankfully both bets lost there so I made an easy £16.42 profit. I'm sitting with a £6 free bet from Redbet and should have a £10 free bet from Betsafe tonight which should eat into the money I lost yesterday.
Survey wise? As mentioned I was busy studying but did find the time to do £5.50 of Prolific surveys. Curious Cat which has been a great help to me recently basically dried up and I went 28 surveys in a row without being eligible to finish them! Sitting at 53p just now. VYPR is up to 7130 (£3.57) so all in all including others I gained £8.98 in surveys since Friday.
So I think that leaves me...
£104.52 - 23.22 + 16.42 + 8.98 = £106.70.
Going to be a struggle to get to the magic £200 mark as I'm only just over halfway with only 13 days to go. However....
I have started Leapforce finally on the Nile project. No idea how it works! Have completed the last 4 days worth which I've been putting onto my invoice. Currently stands at $21.23 which according to google is £16.10. Averaging £4 a day then I guess so I'd expect to easily get over £100 from this each month which would be an incredible boost! Can anybody explain how the invoicing bit work? Do I just send it off without any back up? How long does payment take?
Just had a message to say that I'm getting a £2 bonus on Prolific! £108.70!
Last night was the first time in months that I've come home from work and not had to sit studying! After my mistake on Tuesday night I was determined to have a better day yesterday and I'm quietly satisfied with how it panned out.
Firstly MB saw Betsafe and Coral reloads offers be taken on and a nice and tidy £11.74 profit came from the two of them. I almost actually made the same mistake I made the night before in that I tried to lay the wrong thing on the Exchange but realised just in time....of course the day I realised this I would have won both bets if I had just left it!
Survey wise saw £5.03 come in - I'm now within touching distance of my next VYPR payment and I completed a few Prolific surveys. One Poll saw 90p while I finally managed to get some Curious Cat surveys completed.
£125.47. £74.53 to go in 12 days. Bring it on!
You can do this!!
That b365 error is the stuff of nightmares!!!
Yesterday was all about surveys. Starting the day needing £74.53 in 12 days (£6.21 a day) I got lucky with a Prolific survey and had about a bazillion Vyprs appear meaning I finally cashed in £5. All in all I managed to make £5.14 by the time I went to my bed at the back of 11.
So just below my target...
However I couldn't sleep. Whether it was a general dread of work the next day or if I was so excited about the prospect of my football team (Cowdenbeath) losing once again on Saturday - I was wide awake. Checked my Curious Cat and for the first time ever I managed to complete a survey worth over £2. £2.22 in the bag and I was delighted! Then checked Prolific and found a £0.49 survey to take my overall total for the day up to £7.85.
£66.68 to go. Saturday I'm away to The Good Food Show in Glasgow so I'll struggle to get bets on and even look at surveys so I've really 10 days to get this. Less than £7 a day....should be easy right?
