I just got mine today, so it took nearly a week, but they came through. I now have to look around Amazon and see what to use the codes I have built up on.

They mentioned on their Facebook page that they should sort out anyone else that hasn't been credited by the 4th of September, so possibly message them if anyone still hasn't got theirs by then.
