Your suggestion is interesting, but it should be already possible: just leave the quest and say “yes” when the app asks “Do you want to save your answers? You will need to submit it later”.

Alditoharrods: sorry that there are no quests close to your place. Please note we’re only starting out in the UK, and will have more and more quests in the weeks and months to come! You can also make a quick calculation to see if the cost of transport is worth the journey: given the high number of quests available in some cities, it is often profitable to pay for travelling and complete a lot of quests while in the city.

Mummyummy: wow, you took some time off work to complete Yoobic quests, that’s awesome! We're taking good notes of the bugs you explained. Some of the things look new to us, like the fact that you can’t start a quest if another one has not been submitted: that’s not normal at all. Can you please get in touch with us by email if it still happens after the update in the next few days?
We were also surprised by your booking strategy, and will think about a way to make your life easier. We are currently thinking about changing the booking limits, I can’t promise anything because we have a few constraints to take into account. I’ll keep you informed.

Jegglejeggle: if you like the current speed of the app, you’re gonna be positively surprised by the update. Huge increase in app performances. And yes, we try to validate quests as fast as possible

Katykicker: the booking time is 12 hours, but the quests can be done until the 12th. Which means that if you lose the reservation after 12 hours, you can book it again (if it has not been booked by somebody else meanwhile). This system gives a chance to everybody to book and complete quests

Keep in mind that we always pay users for their quests: our opinion is that a crash of the app should not lead to a loss of time and money.
Just send us your answers and picture by email, tell us which quest it is about, and KEEP it booked: re-book it if it gets automatically unbooked, so that nobody completes the quest a second time. If your pictures and answers are valid, we’ll validate your quest and will pay you even though the app crashed
(And we also work non-stop on eliminating all possible crashes)
