Ipoll has gone to the pan! Surveys only. And it's true.. when I try to cashout on the website it gives me a dollar amount. Now I don't have the minimum. If they converted from GBP to USD I would. Not happy. I agree with kellyb the surveys screen you out! According to their Facebook page the app is also closed to users outside US, UK and Canada. It seems those other accounts were closed. Lots of unhappy people.

Sounds like it is not worth bothering with anymore.
I haven't used it much but it is rubbish that it is only surveys. Time to delete the app.

I decided to go for the Amazon vouchers in case they increased the amount of money needed to get the vouchers.

I still have a few pounds left after getting the voucher so will keep the app for now.

I requested a voucher nearly two months ago and it hasn't arrived, I assumed they wouldn't be paying out now tbh.

I can't enough sign in anymore since there last update.emailed support to be told to rejoin and then they would transfer my details over but when I do that its says you already a member so even more confused now

I had £33 on this app and since its been updated I cant log in either, have emailed them but still waiting to hear back. Im guessing thats lost now

I have received my paypal payment after a long wait (I haven't used the app) so there is a chance. Contacted them on FB too, not sure if that had anything to do with the positive development.

Ipoll

I have around £30 in my account which I have been told got deleted in error. I have opened a new one and they said it will take 7-10 working days to add my balance back on, so will see.

Edit - Ipoll have added my balance and I have redeemed a £25 Amazon voucher that I received instantly. However, I had to redeem through the app because the balance was in dollars on the website, so I would have got less. It's either Amazon or ITunes on the iPhone app so no PayPal...

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes...have any members of IPOLL lost money from their accounts since they did their revamp of the site ? I had $34.45 in my account and since the revamp its dropped down to $24.51 losing almost $10 I have emailed them asking what has happened but no reply in over a week so not sure what to do

I emailed support a while back as it wasn't letting me redeem by earnings for paypal (and as other people have said the amount seemed to have changed from £ to $). I've just had a response back saying to check using the UK site - https://www.ipoll.com/en-gb - and I think I've now managed to redeem the correct (ie. amount I had before) in £ on paypal from this site. Will update this once the cash arrives in paypal....EDIT: should have given it two mins before posting - cash is now in my paypal.

Just got a notification to update the app in the App Store as old version of the app is no longer supported. When I updated it there are now some John Lewis and Currys tasks. If anyone does one of these tasks locally before I get a chance, can you let me know what is involved.
