We are still waiting to be paid

I have a list from Appen of those who did the task and those who said they were going to do the task but didn't

the former will be getting paid from me

Appen should have processed payments on 5 August (fortnightly, Tuesdays) but they don't show up into PayPal until the Thursday or Friday.

I'm interested in these type of roles, but there only seems to be jobs in different counties to me - does it really matter? As in - canyou apply for a role even if you're not from the specified county?

Application form - internet references. It's a drop down box that's titled "my online location" with things like twitter and FB and Instagram in, you pick one and give the website URL and a description. Why/what for/what do I write in this bit?
