Appen has this annoying habit of sending emails about jobs, then when you apply for them, take the test, etc, they make it sound like you'll start the next day, then you never hear a thing from them. It is a really badly run company tbh. I stick with them because there is nobody else left.

Just wanted to let you know that Appen has updated their website, and it works a lot better than before. It also states it now has the option to choose different payment methods depending on where you are; PayPal is listed, plus others. I haven't personally updated mine yet, so I cannot be 100% sure what UK payment choices there are as I am waiting for an update on my account.
I have applied for projects in the past few weeks and have been onboarded to one so far, so there is potential to find a project and work on it.

This is great news, I hate Payoneer so much, and the fact that they have been the only payment option for Appen for years was always a worry.
