Apparently PA have just launched a new MB'ing Profit Tracker:

https://www.profitaccumulator.co.uk/news/matched-betting/profit-accumulator-matched-betting-profit-tracker/

I was looking at joining again for at least one month (mainly for Cheltenham and to try and get into Acca's).
They don't make it easy to find out about the various Platinum memberships though.

The Platinum Plus has the Acca Catcher and Match Catcher (horses) but it turns out that it does NOT have the Daily Offers or use of the Forum, so it looks like it is just for using the two aforementioned 'tools'.

I am now trying to find out what the Platinum membership actually offers, as again there is not much mentioned in the intro.
It looks like it only has the Match Catcher for a free trial of 7 days (though this ends at 11.59pm on Tuesday, March 14, so will be less than 7 days now).
After that, I would need to join Platinum Plus for the Match Catcher - though this does not have access to the Daily Offers and Forum.

Is there a PA rep on here at all, or will I have to email them instead?

Thanks :)

That profit tracker is clever!!!

Right NOW! I would sign up for the £1 offer and you then get full access to the reloads section + match catcher

You are correct in saying Plat Plus doesn't include access to daily reloads or forum - it is just for the tools (it is meant to be used as an extra)

I would say for cheltenahm you want to have access to as much money as possible each day and you may not want to have it tied up in accas for next week - just a thought

Thanks, [member=1]Jon[/member] :) Don't worry, I would be concentrating on Chelts first anyway, ha ha!

Not sure if I can do the £1 offer as I have already done the trial sign-up last year?, I did not continue after doing one month paid membership.

Also, I can only use the Match-Catcher up to the first day of Cheltenham, so would be stuck after Tuesday, after just MAYBE getting my head around it

Well if you started today you would have it until Wednesday so you would have at least 1 day of Cheltenham with MCer and of course this Saturday for ITV Racing

There's not a whole lot to get your head round really it's just a case of loading up the horse refunds section on PA and opening Match Catcher and then ploughing through the offers...

Thanks, [member=1]Jon[/member] :)

So I assume that everyone on here who does the horses using PA's Matcher Catcher has the Platinum Plus AND Platinum memberships? Or is there another option to get the Acca and Matchcatcher tools along with the daily offers and forum?

No I think a few spend a LOT of time manually waiting for good matches

others (like myself) just use MCer.

£14.99 a month for normal PA + PlatPLus works out very well for me

I subscribe to OddsMonkey and the PA Match/Acca catcher. The Acca catcher pays for itself every month and the Match catcher bit is a nice add-on (it can be a bit slow to update near the off, but is good for finding matches quickly earlier in the day). The PA reduction in price does bring it closer to OM but I still hate the PA Oddsmatcher. The forum on PA is definitely worth the difference in price as you are starting out, but for me I don't miss out on any deals on OM so the PA forum is less useful.

I do some manual matching near the off on certain races as the match catcher can be a bit slow then.

That is a nice deal [member=1]Jon[/member] has so makes sense for him (those of us who haven't been long term subscribers to PA can't get that deal)

Thanks, [member=4240]jkg-jkg[/member] :)

I have done the beginner offers on PA last year and also tried OM recently. I tend to find my own footie odds these days (though it can be more time-consuming recently to find suitable odds without any filters to help).

I found OM okay but they did not have tutorial videos for the Acca's (and horses as well, I think) which is essential for someone like me :D

Yes, I understand that [member=1]Jon[/member] and others have a better deal too, being a member for over a year :)

This is definitely why I pay the OM sub as it takes all the effort out of it (especially as you can save custom filters to choose from for regular searches)

I agree. I do use the OM acca tools, but they generally don't get as good matches as PA (and as you said are a bit more difficult to use), so only 1 in 10 is via OM.

Heads up! Just had an email from Smarkets to say that commission will be 0% for the FIRST RACE every day at the Cheltenham Festival.

I assume this means for the 14th - 17th March dates. Presumably we would also amend the calculator commission to % for these races, too?

Can someone please confirm. Thanks :)

Yes we would alter the % on the calculator to 0% for any offers we do on that first race!

Thanks, [member=1]Jon[/member], thought I would start a separate thread for all things Cheltenham, if that is okay?

I have been blocked from StanJames after placing my qualifying bet, I have already sent the docs they asked for verification. They said in live chat that it is normal to ask for verify all stanjames accounts, is this true? or it is just that I have overprotected my browser against tracking and now they will watch my account? Someone had to send ID and proof of address?

I can't remember 100% I'm afraid. I *think* it was after a bet or after a withdrawal.
