Remember with Cheltenham horse racing, if you back and lay different horses for all the offers - all your matched bets will balance against each other at the exchange, which reduces the liability needed at the exchange.
On smarkets last year I think my max liability was £4k but it had only used £1k of my balance
Can anyone explain to me how the accumulators work I've just put my first one on with om I used the accumulator finder and set to lay up front it came up with a William hill one estimated value 4.35 so I bet on it. Went into my profit calculator and it say I'm going to lose 20.35 how does that work.
you are choosing to lay all the bets at the start
Instead choose to lay sequentially
@Steph1977, for lay at start ACCAs you really need lower odds than for Atromitos and Brugge. Without much searching around you could have done better on Peterhead, Lyon, Real Madrid, Tottenham, Chelsea, Barcelona, Dortmund,. .. I'm sure there's more

Do you mean if several bookies have a first race offer. back and lay different horses with each bookie rather than the same one?
I mean that if you have different horses for various offers in the same race - each horse will balance against each other at the exchange and reduce the overall liability needed at the exchange.
For example, an 6 runner race if you had for each bookie in 1 race:
- Bet365 - Mauve Rum,
- Skybet - Blue Road
- Betfair sportsbook - Purple Reptile
- William Hill - Orange Person
- Coral - Yellow flo
- Paddy - Green graze
All the lays would balance against each other, so the total liability would be less than if you just layed 1 horse in a particular race.

Well I've been MIA a bit as MB kinda dropped off my radar for a while - but new year, new money!
