I did my first one the other day. It seemed like a lot of work for not much profit but good practise. Went a bit gung ho this morning and put on 2 lay at start accas and a REAL £5 bet. Think I should step away from the keyboard.

They are relatively straightforward, but do set reminders for each leg.

Acca catcher can email you before each leg starts to remind you to lay the bet

So @Jon, I have taken my first step into learning accas and have decided the easiest is probably refund lock-in? I note that there is a EV column on acca catcher, so this essentially means that’s what you’ll get back either way? So you know your profit from the off?

I was thinking of going the 'lock-in sequential lay' route first for the guaranteed profit.
Having read some acca threads though I have discovered that these are NOT GUARANTEED to get a profit after all. If the odds of the later lay bets 'drift' too much, you can actually end up at a loss - eek!

Ha ha liking the fairly accurate gif @Knopfler! I think that’s the acca I’ve done...mmm got me thinking now. It’s lock in somet or other! It looks straightforward and looks like guaranteed profit of £5 ish. I’ll double check it all...

Sorry to hear that Thrity. I don't know if you were doing the 2up offer but paddy still pay out early on those even if you're gubbed. Extra place races still work too.

I am gubbed and do 2UP (the only thing is you have to wait until you get paid out before trying to cash in as you are not guaranteed any bonus payout - I've never not got it though)- odds have been poor recently though so majoring more on B365

Quick question with regards to my acca journey...the Willian Hill acca insurance £20 says you can do it every day. Now I won’t be doing it every day but how many times per week is it feasible to do so, given that when I check acca catcher today, four out of five games are included in yesterday’s? If that makes sense. Or would I be better with another bookie?
