Hiya Guys, Tiz me...Had a go on the Betfred Acca Insurance offer yesterday, Rangers was my first team and they lost last night, thing is I got on to live chat, they tell me that just one team out of the 5 has to loose for the £10 free bet etc.
Is this correct only 1 out the 5 to loose, I have another 4 matches running, so do I have to lay these off or is that it for me etc. This was my first Acca Insurance, and looks like it might be my last....Any help guys most appreciated as ever...MAXView attachment 482

Yep me again..I totally forgot my Acca today, missed the second Spanish game that ended in a win, also missed Swansea who are 2 up at mo, is it worth laying the fourth and fifth matches off, or is it a non starter now..
Won my first extra place bet today, got 5th place on the 13.50 Cheltenham

Have you pressed the red x on the Acca?

It should say you then need to stop laying as your first leg of the Acca lost

Fantastic day today, hit 4 horse refunds so £100 in free bets now. Qualifying loss just a couple of quid this morning thanks to some fast mouse work alongside match catcher!!

Paypal is fine once you've confirmed identity and used a bank card. Just double check the T&Cs of offers that Paypal is fine.

I cant answer the Acca one but it sounds like results are going your way and the 4th and 5th ones might make you profit? Someone else will need to confirm.

For me, I would just like teams to start scoring for mug bet purposes today. Such a slow start.

Max - hold fire for the moment and see how the swansea game plays out. I'll check back in with you once the match has finished and give you some advice.

@MAX POWER Right. That's good, Swansea won. I would leave the acca matcher alone now because it wont match what you have done as you missed the two matches.

As things stand at the moment you are £2 down with 2 matches to play. Have to say the matches you chose didn't have great odds, so things are going to be a little tight. Luckily the two matches you missed went in your favour so you can get out of this without a loss.

I changed my mind. jkg is correct. I normally do my accumulators to guarantee profit but in this instance it is too much faffing around just to rescue 75p.

Let it run and hope the last two matches win for the £10 free bet.

£2 is quite a chunky QL though IMHO.

Placed a free bet on the Chelsea game at half time, 3-0. Layed on SM and just checked it now and my SM statement saying bet was cancelled as market halted. However the final score was 3-0 so have money in the bookies but can figure out if I’ve lost anything SM side or will they just have refunded my liability?

You probably got lucky, and have no liability @ SM. In future it is always worth waiting on SM to make sure a bet is fully taken when it is placed in-play. It will show as pending until the in-play delay has passed.

Well it took it off my balance initially but I can’t remember what my SM balance was. I’m assuming that as it was cancelled, anything debited will have been reimbursed, so to speak. So hopefully I’m up at the bookies as though I’d never laid the bet...

Consider using Ultimatcher (A beginner's guide to using Ultimatcher for Matched Betting ). Useful for logging all bets, but will also have a total for all your bookies and exchanges which you can compare with the actual totals (useful in these situations). It can be a bit of an overhead to start with, but gets easier as you get more experienced.
