Hi, @Petlamb off the top of my head (not logged into edigital) then:
Keyword search is where you type in a specific item you are looking for into the search box e.g double sheet
A general search is where you look for items via the top tabs or via the pictures and other blurb on the homepage.

Got 5 to do - took me AGES to do the first one (incl. purchase). Did the email tasks in preparation, just need to complete the other 4 now.

I've just returned all of mine. I have one sitting on my dashboard to be completed by 6th November, but it doesn't have a start date, so there's no link to do it anyway.
I can earn more money, more quickly with much less hassle elsewhere. I seem to remember them rejecting a lot of surveys last time for petty reasons, lets hope they don't do that this time round.

I only remember having to do phone and email last year not social media and live chat.
Even though it says social media and live chat are optional, they have just started returning 2 of mine for not doing the live chat.
Unless you have the purchase ones and choose a very low priced item with click and collect they're not worth doing anymore. Got £11 for one and only spent 50p on my item.

Edigital are a pain now, new thing is you're not allowed to write there is nothing I disliked!
I have had a survey accepted today that I had wrote this on and one yesterday. What are they suggesting you write instead?
I had a couple acceptedsaying I didn't dislike anything but today had 2 sent back and told I need to think of something I don't like. They are professional websites of huge companies so should be pretty good.
Think they are just being picky.
Hi, does anybody have any thoughts on whether it would be worthwhile me making contact with Edigital to ask for more surveys? Or has anyone previously done this?
I got sent 4 mobile surveys a couple of weeks ago but with them only being £3 each I am now only at £12 and unable to get paid this unless I do some more and reach the £15. I was hoping I could request a payment before Christmas you see Thanks in advance

@Jon Thanks for your reply. They do seem to be more picky than when I completed lots of surveys for them last year and the pay is low for the amount of work/time required for each one Since asking in the past has worked for you I will give it a go. They can only say no...or ignore me haha. Thanks again
