Hey guys,
I'm sure this question has already been asked but since there's 41 pages to the thread I think it'd take me longer to look through all of them than get a reply to this message!
I've just got Field Agent on the advice of moneysavingexpert.com and completed my first task today. My issue is I'm still not 100% sure what I should be doing and the website/in-app support doesn't provide much clarification! With the Building Survey Tasks, are they as simple as literally going to the reception desk and clarifying the business name and contact telephone number? Do FA require any more information than that? Does providing extra info speed up/increase payment?
Also, how have people who regularly use this app found it to be? Are payments/authorisation of reports fairly quick or does it vary?
I'm sure these are really dumb questions, but if you never ask you'll never know!
Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Yes the business tasks are just taking a photo and clarifying the phone numbers / business name
No providing extra info does not speed up info but missing it out will probably delay it
Payment is once a week, hit 'cash out' by sunday night, gets processed on Monday and paid on Tuesday
Don't worry about asking - everyone starts somewhere and better to ask than not to

Ah well that explains why it's taken so long to ge the payments I cashed out on Monday night and Tuesday morning approved.

Also some tasks are classed as a priority, where the client pays more money to encourage agents to do them quicker, and reviewers to approve them quicker. Postcode jobs are very low priority, the client does not care when the results are in, I waited 5 weeks for my last batch to get approved. Where as building jobs are high priority, and will get approved much quicker- especially if you tell them who you spoke to and any recent extra info that you acquire.

If they reject a job do they let you know or does it just hang with a grey question mark indefinitely? I have one unverified job left and it was one of the first I completed.

I was going to ask the same but been looking through the forums. I am definitely going to be spending some time on here once I can work my way through using the site! I've seen se of the building ones and postcode ones on field agent so just wanted more information on them. Will have to try some of these out this week! X

Hi I have just put this app on my phone, all went well I think but it has just got a page that says no jobs in your area. There is no way to look at any menu or my account info. Is this normal?

Thanks for your reply. I did have location on but it still didn't work. I switched the phone off and back on and it's working properly now.
