A Currys Now TV keeps popping up but when I accept it says it has already been reserved. It seems to be doing it every hour and im stressed; my addiction needs feeding! ;D

Hi all,

I don't know about you lot but I think I have an addiction to refreshing this app and excitedly looking for next available job!

I think being a middle aged woman helps with these jobs as nobody takes any notice of me, but if your young people probably would get suspicious as to what you are doing.
Also this is where being a woman comes in handy, I don't think I would want to be a male standing outside a school taking photos!

Love this app ;D

hidden jobs isn't use - don't worry about that


rate of pay from memory is £4.50-£5 each

hi everyone, a couple of queries regarding FA, i'd appreciate any help/answers.

Firstly, as i'm on android and i know i can't get FA, i was considering adding an iphone, so....

1) is there a way to check job availability in my area before committing to an iphone, to check if there will be enough jobs to warrant the phone change (second hand as i'm unlikely to be given one even by my upgrading children) ?

2) what would be the minimum iphone requirements ie, 3gs etc i only really want to use it for FA, so i'm not bothered as long as it runs the app as i like my android and it is synced with all my other android/google devices.

3) what is the best way to get internet for an iphone, sim only? cheaper the better

thank you jon, so if someone who has the app already were to search their map (if there is one) in say eastbourne you can't see jobs available, like blades available in Ebourne, they just become available as and when appropriate to area etc ?

You only see jobs around you location within a radius

It is entirely dependant on the locatin of the person using the app

If I zoom and go to London I see no tasks

HOWEVER again, the app is dynamic, no work today doesn't mean no work next week in your given location

thank you once again, mmm perhaps i shall install the app on my sons phone and register and have a look at it before i commit, i don't mind buying the phone but only if i think it's a viable option to make it back again & more obviously :-\ ;D

Actually you can search other areas. There is an option in the app to put a postcode in and 'search by postcode'. I do this when I am going to visit my mum further afield so I can see what's around her.

Hidden tab is where you can hide a job. Swipe a job in your Find Jobs section, tap the red hide button and it will stay hidden until someone picks it up or FA reloads it at client request or someone fails. Really useful when there are lots of jobs on FA and you want to remove jobs you have no interest in.
