Used my texaco points card for my fuel and saved 1p a litre
Do a blades job £5.00
While in the shop use checkout smart and receive FREE Pepsi max 600ml, and 75p of cat food ;D

quick question: i was just googling FA and came across a site all about it, it states in the 'what not to do' do not EVER log into your FA via any other device, is this true? it said even if you also use an ipad etc. any one heard of this rule before or had any experience of it?

Thanks Redisacolour (obviously ;D), I did ask the Q on the hidden tab few days ago. Glad to get an answer. Tried and it did work. A good filtering functionality except for the name 'hidden jobs' which is quite confusing. I think 'filtered jobs' would have been better. But hey can't complain (I just did!);I love FA so so much. Great App!!!

@ Secret Squirrel; well the rule is news to me & wouldn't under why that should be a problem but I have logged in on my Apple Mac before and after carrying out a mission on my iPhone but I haven't had any problems or query from any one. Any one with other person with similar experience kindly share & throw more light please

Did my first two tasks today for FA - both building surveys (one of them, a building I had been to before, quite the coincidence). One of them was already approved. I see myself getting easily addicted to these, specially because they give me yet another excuse to cycle around.

would any nice shedders be able to give me a few pointers when gaining the info needed on the(occupied) building tasks, like what you say to get the info needed like the name of the top boss ? what do you guys say when they ask who you are and/or who you work for etc? obviously some info can be gained by looking about etc but if its a small reception say with a receptionist sat there, i'm just a bit nervous, i'm fine with the undercover stuff :-\

I wear business attire. I say 'I'm collecting data on behalf of the local government to update their business registry, I simply need your official business name and main switchboard number'. This usually works, if they ask any more questions I say 'with the recession a lot of businesses have been closing and businesses keep moving around. So it's been hard to keep track of them all. I'm collecting data for business rates'. They always give me the info. I've only had a few problems, but I had unfortunately come across some v doddgy 'businesses' who did not want to be recorded.

This usually works, if they ask any more questions I say 'with the recession a lot of businesses have been closing and businesses keep moving around. So it's been hard to keep track of them all. I'm collecting data for business rates'. They always give me the info. I've only had a few problems, but I had unfortunately come across some v doddgy 'businesses' who did not want to be recorded.

unfortunately I must look dodgy, i've tried casual, with a shirt and tie, you name it, if I use that particular line (government updating records for rates) I always always get asked for id
however I still usually get my way in the end, it just isnt easy using that line for me, so I came up with another, that has worked pretty well (every time so far) with me;
"I'm calling round local businesses on behalf of various online business directories just confirming and updating the records they have on file, we are working on behalf of sites like INSERTDIRECTORYHERE and as you can see (show them listing of their address or a nearby address) we just need to confirm your business name and number, then I'll take a quick picture of the outside for our listings"
I've had a security not let me on, so I gathered the info from the signage and took photos from the other side of the barrier. The guard did not like that one.
Ive had a security guard trap me in the guard room, I got real worried, he phoned some high up manager, I used the above line and it worked awesome
I think there are a few lines, FA themselves gave me a suggested line of "Im opening a sandwich shop nearby etc etc"
If you can pull off the government line, I reckon thats best, but I just always get ID requests with that one

It's a small issue especially when you get 2 or 3 tasks on the same road, or even building
it's unfortunate when you come across a property with no sign of use and no sign of phone number But thats also part of the game
Personally I like it Cashed out 120 from last weeks checks, thats the most Ive done so far. I'd like some more of those to come up
