Is this Groom Men, shaving kit. I purchased from them the last campaign and found the customer service to be quite good. I had 2 groom vacs to return and was ok. Keep the shaver to try but it was rubbish.They are refusing to refund the grooming product stating it is used when it 100% wasn’t even turned on. I paid by credit card and opened a dispute with them but not sure they can do anything. I’m tempted to go to the ombudsman purely because I’m actually just mad they are trying this on when it wasn’t ever used!

This is the frustrating thing about this mystery shop campaign. I gave my availability for the next one but not sure if I will take part. If they won’t refund me I’ll raise it to the ombudsman, it’s free to me but costs them for a case. I’d understand if I had genuinely used it but it’s brand new and was packaged up within 5 minutes of receiving it.the Grooman are a con I think haha
