Hi I'm after some advice if anyone can help? I signed up to yougov years ago but havent used it since, I've recently decided to give it another go, but I'm not getting any new surveys. I've got 6 on my list from 2012, but when I click into them it says they are not available, so I'm assuming they have expired due to age. But I'm wondering if these being there are stopping new surveys coming through? Has anyone had this before? Thank you

I had a problem earlier in the year where my surveys stopped, but a slightly different problem to yours.

I contacted supportuk@yougov.zendesk.com and eventually they got it resolved for me and reinstated my account. They claimed I'd got my gender wrong :D I went back with a slightly rude reply about how the hell is that possible?! :D

Not heard of this one before might have to give it a go. Will use one of your referral links.

There are bonus points for any referrals to Yougov during January :)

If anyone would be kind enough to use my link, here it is: https://yougov.co.uk/refer/yTSzxprRZfbUKS4-G5Qhhw/

Just caught up with this and thought I would add my referal link: https://yougov.co.uk/refer/016eVgU3HMfNhiUS_p_tEQ/

I also heartly recommend doing surveys that don't give points are worth doing because as soon as i started doing those I started getting more paid ones as well.

I love yougov, interesting surveys, really reliable and good fun. The only problem is that it takes ages to get up to fifty pound, they should make is ten quid before payout

Agreed - I'm at £30 so still a long way to go until I see the colour of their money...

YAY!!

Hit my £50 today.

Requested payment and was told it will be in my account within 4 weeks.

Anyone know if it will take 4 weeks or is this a very conservative estimate?

Usually I find it takes at least 4 weeks to receive my payment from YouGov.

My favourite of all the survey sites even though it does take ages to get to £50. I cashed out at the end of December and it took 2 weeks to reach my account. I find that I reach £50 about twice a year.

Had a look on my spreadsheet for you, quickest was 12 days (not working days just 12 days) longest was 31 days.

I'm finding I'm almost getting a survey every day at the moment, and have definitely noticed an increase since I became a more 'active' member i.e. participating in polls/ discussions as opposed to just logging in to do a survey and then logging back off.

Anyway, here be my referral link, should anyone feel so inclined to join using it!

Cheers :)

Since you and many others have mentioned that you get more paid surveys after participating in polls/discussions I think I will start to do that to, thank you for mentioning it!

My referral link if anyone wants to use it: https://yougov.co.uk/refer/CunERXXeNAAk_S75NkMjeQ/ :)

I don't get many surveys, so I will take all your advice on here and start doing more polls and stuff and see if that makes a difference
