How you finding postage at the moment? Many delays? I keep seeing horrors pics of a HUGE backlog that Royal mail + courier companies are dealing with at the moment

Yeah a few people have been waiting longer but not too bad.

Cool. Are we allowed to use people's likeness on ecommerce products?

Finally back to a relaxed pace.

3 orders yesterday and 3 today. 1 today was a birthday present and someone else ordered in Germany, so they can’t be expecting it for Christmas surely, so I’m taking it as a good sign that it’s not just an Xmas thing :)

Hi everyone, I thought I’d pop in :)

Printer recommendation from robchoc was great, the ink lasts for ages and the quality is great!

Definitely quieter in January, but right now I’ve had £700 in sales so far, I think that’s pretty good for January and I’m pleased with it.

Still doing Lionbridge and the occasional IntelliZoom survey, but apart from that I’m just chilling! I could go back to doing JustEat and Uber but I can’t be bothered in this weather and at the moment I can afford not to.

Hope everyone is doing well!

That is very good for January, I have been ridiculously quiet just starting to pick up again a bit now view wise. Mind you given me chance to get my website sorted so not all bad, still a long way to go though!

Thanks, I think my keywords were a bit of an issue, edited them a couple of weeks ago and I have started getting more views now. The Etsy algorithm is something else lol.

I’ve been messing about with advertising this month on there. Some days I was paying $3 per day, then sometimes I upped it to $5 or $7. It seems to work a bit. Last Sunday I had 5 orders with no advertising, then the following Sunday I had 8 with advertising.

Mine has been really poor this month with only 3 orders. Well done on yours Rich. I had a call from Etsy and they said if I made 20 new listings I would get £50 in free advertising, just waiting for the £50 credit now.

Out of interest, what key elements do you look out for in printers when selling prints? Any specific specs you need?

Sorry, I've only just saw this. I'm not good with the specs but I wish my new printer did borderless printing, so I'd definitely say look for a borderless printer. It's stopping me from doing prints with anything but a white background at the minute, or else they will have a margin around the edge which isn't great.

Rich the Epson can do borderless printing.

I don’t think those settings even come up for me on my Mac? I’ve saw that page before and couldn’t get it to work. When it says select a borderless paper size and type, I put A4 and Matte, I think I tried US Letter too and it didn’t work. Have you done it yourself?
Just did a test and it works on PC.
