I actually used my PS4 for a game last night, first time in.... longer than I can remember.

I introduced my 3 year old to Skylanders, she loved moving the figures on and off of the portal, and loved being allowed to use the PS4 controller (usually she gets an old PS3 controller to play with so she doesn't accidentally do something), but actually playing the game was a bit difficult for now, she just about got the hang of moving and jumping by the end but not much else.

Eugh Skylanders - the worst thing to come into this house!! "Mummy, I need a dark Skylander!" "Muuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuum, I can't do this without an air vehicle" "Daaaaaaaaaad, with my pocket money I want to buy xx Skylander"

Of course, Nan doesn't help by buying him the newest one each time it comes out hahaha

Haha, my SD used to collect Skylanders, but we gave up at Swap Force, the number of figures you were expected to buy got insane. If I see Trap Team or Superchargers cheap I'll probably pick up the starter packs, but don't see the point in keeping up any more. We have a huge box of them which is great for the 3 year old, she doesn't need any more and has loads to just swap on and off the portal.

Its still all about the Fallout4. In February I purchased the Season Pass for £22 as it is going up to £40 from March sometime. I love playing this game.

Quick! £115 of PSN credit for £87

Thought people might like my latest blog-post. http://thereverend.co.uk/blog/money/discount-code/how-to-get-115-of-psn-credit-for-87/

Valid until Midnight this evening. I know everyone isn't into Digital Download games for consoles (due to no trade-in value) but I've gone 100% DD for my PS4 and I'm sure others have as well.

I can finally join in this thread.

For my studies I had to set up a Second Life (I think it's called that) account. And we were shown a video about people on there. Odd! There was a grown man pretending to be an 11 year old girl. WTF?

And also I discovered Amnesya puzzle games.

I liked the Beta of the Division, haven't brought the full game yet. It reminded me of Destiny and that put me off slightly, don't want it to be a grind.
Might pick it up when the price drops.

Hello, PC gamer here. World of Warcraft was my main game up to about a year ago. Then money got tight after redundancy, so the sub went. TBH, was getting bored with it. Plus my wife's not a gamer at all, so no longer had the time. Played Eve Online too up to then. Now I'm playing Diablo 3 ROS, solely. Progressing at torment VII and grift 32 at the moment. Reminds me a lot of Dungeon Siege and harps back to Eye of The Beholder on Amiga (shows my age!).

Ahhh the game I hate to love. I'm on a break while I'm away, no point paying the sub if I'm not here to play it haha.

I'm getting a lot more in to Guild Wars 2 as it's a game I can play with the husband but I'm always pining for WoW.

My hay day was The Burning Crusade. Used to lead a second tier group of guildies through Karazhan. Never saw the mount drop.... Loved it! Got same year when I couldn't devote a lot of time to it.

My current obsession is the Regrowth mod for Minecraft, gives it a progression rather than just an open sandbox environment, although it is a bit like FarmVille with a crazy amount of seed growing.

I got 3d about 6 years ago. What they didn't explain was 3D would be 480p! I watched the tennis once and I think 1 3d rugby match and that was it. never used it again! It was a lovely TV though- wifi/hd recording/full HD and really good smart apps.

I've got a CURVED 4K tv.... I seem to love buying these gimicks! :D

I'm "that guy" that won't pay the extra for Sky HD because I can't tell the difference (seriously, I can't tell the difference), I'm not sure I care about 4k, my 6 year old 1080p TV will keep me going for a long time yet. Oh, and I can't even see 3d using a 3d tv, or at the Cinema (something to do with stereo vision issues).
