Im getting it in the neck from everyone now. You lot moan so i flag any issues with the "bests" and then i get it in the neck from them i can't win lol

The 'bests' should be grateful for the constructive feedback ;)
She really needs to clarify the £10-£30 because if that's cash purely for signing someone up then she is going to find herself in trouble..
I'm not directing that at you, that's down to the 'founder' who is a little blinded at the moment because people are criticising her 'baby'.. she needs to learn to grow a thick skin & take things on board ;)

They are just brown nosing i guess. I think its store credit in your AGBF account. not cash. I wouldn't know as i haven't signed anyone up.

She's within the law if it's store credit but it's not what she's implying & that's why she really needs to get it changed ;D

I know there are always teething troubles with new businesses but that's really something she should know..

I asked about the getting money for signing people up-
Vanessa "the money for signing someone up is part of your commission structure"

It sounds like she doesn't understand the law.. that's not explaining it sufficiently.. it's illegal to reward someone financially for recruiting people..
Hopefully she's just not conveying it properly & she is operating lawfully ;)
She really does need to get it right though or she'll find herself in hot water

Ok i understand now i think . When you sign up you pick the package you sign up with. The packages range between £30 and £250 (i got the £30 one). So when you sign someone up you get 6% of their sales for the first person ect. So the max you could get would be £30 as part of the £250 sign up then more money with every one of their sales. (I'm confusing myself now)

How are you getting it in the neck if you report issued and help them?

Makes no sense. You are doing the right thing

I take it that's not "official" promotional material that I posted above

It is starting to sound all a bit dodgy Lilly, be careful otherwise you might get stung! It's daft that you're correcting them and they're getting hacked off - where's the sense in that?

Just like all MLM opportunities you get reward on the retail activity of your team. So it's in your interest to help your team to become more successful.
I do tire of the constant barrage of negative feelings towards those of use involved with MLM. Perhaps I could start to question the online antics most on you on this site are involved with. With all those survey sites etc.. some you are signed up to. But I don't. I am sure Lilly has explained her intentions, as she said if it all goes belly up she has just lost £30.
So can we give her some support please.

Vanessa doesn't get hacked off at all she likes the help. The other girls think i am picking on her because I am non stop picking holes in her company. They have a bit of a point.

But survey sites don't involve handing over cash up front or associating yourself with a brand.

She has paid for that and they are giving her sub standard material

I understand that you get rewarded on what your team do in MLM, it's the wording that's a bit ...nngg.. I'm not having a go at Lily though..
There are bound to be teething problems with any company & things come to light as you progress :D

I do wish you luck Lily & if all Vanessa had were brown nosers then her company wouldn't last 5 minutes, by questioning things you'll gain a better understanding of how it works & she can see what needs fiddled with/altered/explained & then the kinks get ironed out.. if everyone just said yes all the time then any issues wouldn't get fixed :D

That franchise also charges a monthly payment for again badly written and unprofessional looking material

I'm also not getting at Lilly - I've sent pm's with quite the opposite because I didn't feel like I wanted to get involved here. It's just it could be more that £30 if they decide not to pay her commission for some reason, or are really late with it or something. You have to be cautious with all avenues of earning, look what happened to 63336 (sorry Jon)

How are the other girls finding out about your feedback? They don't have a point really if you're picking holes for the greater good then that's not a bad thing - sounds more like they seem to be experiencing the green eyed monster!

If they're making all your payments on time and are looking to improve on their website and marketing then that's great and I'd stick with it since you seem to be doing really well with it!

I will show you the new sales pitch when its been done. I have made Vanessa aware of all the problems you have all raised and she is really quick to act on it. The brown nosers are not a problem. Part of the joys of working from home is i never have to meet any of them face to face :)
