Erm, lost 7lb, gained 5lb of it back. FFS.

So now 3.5 weeks to hols and I really want to lose something. So full effort.

The will to live is quite a simple goal to aim for?

had a fit of determination on Sunday evening...'next week is the start of my weight loss regime'

Forgot about it by Monday night...

Try again tomorrow now that I've been shopping for veg and stuff (did this a few weeks ago and ended up binning it but I am now very skint so its salad or nothing)

Last week I was pretty naughty, had KFC one day and a takeaway another...then Sunday as I knew Monday was the start of a new system we had a FULL roast dinner with homemade apple crumble and cream, then a few drinks during PvP on ESO haha That'll explain the 2lb gain ;)

Anyway, day 3 on clean eating (detox type thingy) and I seem to be coming to the end of my caffeine withdrawal symptoms, still a little headachey but not as bad as Monday evening was. I have found a new love for Rooibos tea :D I have a huge craving for cake but ignoring it.

So annoyed. My husband has now decided to get a bit healthier and is going for it big time!! Gym, sensible meals, self righteous attitude, the LOT!! I was doing so well but I am looking after friends house while she's away. There was ONE cake in the fridge it would be out of date by the time she gets back....

Good luck [member=277]Chammy[/member] . I don't really get the whole cleaning eating thing? I mean today we had lasagne. I made everything from scratch (white sauce, pasta sauce, lasagne, mince etc) is that not clean eating? No added anything and I even grew the herbs that I used myself.

I hope you do well though. I guess it is mostly just cutting out crap and eating lots of fruit/veggies etc?

This week is going to be a write off for me, my motivation is 0. Just so busy with work. As long as I don't gain I'll be happy though!

Thanks [member=920]katykicker[/member] it is basically cutting out the crap, think of it as eating as close to the origin of the food as possible. The lasagne would be a nono because of the pasta and white sauce, the white flour in it isn't allowed; though I am planning on making one but replacing the pasta with courgette or aubergine and maybe the white sauce with something like Greek yoghurt.

Last night we had pizza topped chicken breast (tomato puree, peppers, onions, spinach & feta cheese) with parsnip chips, side salad and a garlic greek yoghurt dip...it was so nice :D

That sounds nice [member=277]Chammy[/member] - Have to give that a go myself I think!

I use wholewheat flour for most of my baking these days. Occasionally a mix of wholewheat and white for bread/pizza dough etc. So guess not bad :)

I don't have much white anything really... Pasta, bread, etc. Just because it is usually bad in GI terms, so generates more sugars in the body :)

I had my 9kg weight loss confirmed today, so that was good :) (At the hospital).

7lb is great, well done :)

I want to be doing more than just talking about it all but my Clomid symptoms are pretty disgusting at the minute. A mixture of the worst of early pregnancy symptoms and menopause symptoms - yay for me.

Well done on your detox. I quite like that Rooibos tea too.

How is it going with your blender?

It's a beautiful thing, blends beautifully with little cleaning. :)

We''ve got a nutribullet. Don't think you lose much when you use it to blend ice cream milkshakes :D
