Something stone and 9lbs now - 4lbs lost this week. Pleased with this as it puts me back to where I was when I had to stop abck in April.

I have actually changed my diet, I've been making an effort to eat 3 meals a day. I usually just have 2, and then some snacks, so that has probably helped. Worked out 2 hours in total over the week, aiming to just do the same this week. I imagine I'll lose less this week but even 1lb would be nice :)

Good luck all!

I'm getting back into walking/jogging and will build back up from there :)

I used to do walking/jogging and then weights and then a workout on YouTube (different most times), plus a bit of yoga thrown in. I want to get back into that :) Thanks x

Lost 1lb this past week, better than nothing.

I am stuck in a delicious loop of free meals from HungryHouse... We used Zeek (£22 voucher for £1) then it was over the 45 minutes express, then we got a free voucher, then the meal was late. This has happened lots and so far we've had £180 odd of food for about £20! HAHA.

Having takeaway tonight, just what I need when ill!

Is anyone still trying to lose weight?

I forgot to weigh myself Sunday but imagine I didn't do very well. Going to do 3 x 45 minute workouts this week, as two weeks ago when working out I injured my knee. So going to be realistic with 3 x 45 minutes.

Me, I'd lost my first stone a couple of weeks ago but completely forgot to update. We're trying to be good but the move is making it hard ;) I'll be back on it seriously once we are settled :D

What workouts do you do Katy?

I'm going to do these walking at home ones. 3 miles in 45 minutes, with arm and chest etc exercises.

I was running/jogging before but my knees are in bad shape and I don't want to overdo it as soon as I get back in :)

Looking forward to seeing you back soon [member=277]Chammy[/member]

have you thought about going somewhere where they run classes or just a regular gym, just so you can get some advice.

If you have bad knees you need to maybe find out what is the best exercise for you and it may be that walking at home continually (I assume you have a treadmill) for 45mins isn't ideal

I was at the gym, and lost 30lbs, when I injured one of my knees. As I have 48 steps to get up to get into my flat (3rd floor - no lift) it got progressively worse.

Eventually I saw a rheumatologist and he said I have arthritis (I'm only in my mid 20s...) and that the gym was out for me now.

I've found that the walking, at home (no treadmill) has worked well, so far anyway. When I am focused I find that after a few days my painful knees are better and my rheumatologist agreed that it seems to be working well for me. I would really like to go back to the gym, and I used to take classes too, but I think for now I need to just work out on a nice flat surface without any jumping, climbing etc, while I get into the swing of it.

Shame really as there is a Pure Gym in my town now and it is only £10.99 atm per month, open 24/7. I'm due to go back in early August so I will ask then whether he thinks things have improved enough to start doing something a bit different. I get bored easily!

So, it's been ages since I've been here. Both the husband and I have been pretty slack since we moved and have both gained everything back since we stopped doing Juice Plus (it was an experiment, it failed lol).

Back on WeightWatchers as of today, I have too many things going off next year to not get on with it. I was going to get up half an hour earlier today to take the dog for walk but I had a rough night so left it.

Started this morning off with natural yoghurt and a few dried dates...may the day continue this way. My first target is 2lbs this week...taking it a week at a time :)

Obviously I won't be joining you but I'm 1 stone and 6lbs down since I last posted here... At 12.5 weeks pregnant haha. Only one benefit of all the sickness! Plus I can eat guilt free takeaways when I want... I say this, but in reality I just eat dry toast and the odd cracker lmao.

I'll look forward to your updates :D

Well downloaded and started using the MyfitnessPal App again. Needed to lose a bit and that works.
Getting back into walking as well. So that helps and free as well. :)
So lost 5llbs in total so far so only 9lbs to go to where I want to be. :)

I started with Slimming World in June. Hopefully I'll get my 1.5 stone award on Monday. I've been surprised how well it's worked for me. It's only because the consultant is a friend that I even gave it a go!

Hi guys, hope you don't mind me joining in on this thread.

I'm not fat. In fact i'm quite the opposite. However, i have let myself go this year; have not been going to the gym, my activity levels have dropped significantly and my diet is terrible and as a result my body composition has changed (less muscle, more fat). I've decided to get back on it and and do an 8-12 week health kick aiming to lose weight slowly and get rid of the belly i'm developping. From then i will aim to put weight on again in the hope of being in better condition by next summer for whatever that may bring.

I won't be following any diets or fads, i'll be eating whatever i want and making good choices and simply tracking my macros and watching the mirror/taking photos.

Lost 6lbs this week...not sure how as last night I had a "oh fuck it take away" after some crappy news lol

Maybe it is the 15 mins walk to the bus, 10 mins walk to the school, 10 mins walk to the bus and 10 mins walk home that I'm now doing twice everyday ;)

Been slack again, lost 1lbs my second week, stayed the same my 3rd and gained a couple last week - ooops!

Anyway I was approached by a company on Twitter last week to basically blog about their services in receipt of free membership so I'm giving them a go. Hopefully will have an introductory post up today but what I've seen so far is worth the money :D

I'm working with their guidelines and WeightWatchers so this should be good.

Sounds really good Chammy! Hope the membership is worthwhile for you, best thing is if it isn't for you at least it is free!

I am exactly the same as I was 4 weeks ago, and now 16.5 weeks pregnant. So I'm really pleased :)

I have had the odd naughty treat but I've gone off a lot of my favourite 'junk' foods so that is good. Tom says the baby is trying to help me!

In total I weigh about 1 and a bit stone less than when I found out I was pregnant, this is great as my stomach is getting pretty big now, I'm busting out of some clothes and I should have gained at least 5lbs by now based on my weight, so really I'm about 20lbs down from where I should be! I hope to keep updating throughout the pregnancy, without being obsessive about it.
