Something stone and 9lbs now - 4lbs lost this week. Pleased with this as it puts me back to where I was when I had to stop abck in April.
I have actually changed my diet, I've been making an effort to eat 3 meals a day. I usually just have 2, and then some snacks, so that has probably helped. Worked out 2 hours in total over the week, aiming to just do the same this week. I imagine I'll lose less this week but even 1lb would be nice
