· Recruit participants (age 5-18) for the speech collection purposes
· Schedule the speech recording with participant’s parents or guardians
· Travel to participants’ homes or in the local office to record the speech based on the script
· Report data, communicate feedback and issues to Team Leader
Qualifications:
· Own a personal computer and an accessible cell phone
· Possess general proficiency skills in computer and application operations with working knowledge of MS word and MS Excel
· Very organized, detailed, responsive and reliable with deadlines.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner
· Local to the area (familiar with locations and provide insight where the data collection can be performed)
· Ability to independently research, establish contact with potential participants, and be creative and resourceful in recruiting participants for data collection
· Have time management skills to work effectively in flexible schedule conditions (week-ends included)
· Own a car/driving license (with a good driving record) is preferred.
· Willing to travel occasionally if necessary.
Education and Experience:
· Associated Degree above
Work Condition:
1. Pay based on amount of data collected/ approx. $20/per collection

I got this from them this morning and another email for english transcription work. Hoping this works out as it's for 3 months and takes me more or less right up until uni starts back. I have just lost my Appen work for going on holiday (they said beforehand that this was fine

I was invited to do a test for isoftstone mobile phone tester role. I’ve passed the test but they have asked me to do one “rating” from a London location. They know I live in Yorkshire so I’m not sure what to do! Any ideas other than going to London??!!
Is it just a one off visit to London and then you get ongoing work from home or what?
I’m sort of wondering if there’s a way I can configure my phone to make it look like I’m london...
You could change your phones GPS location.
Do you have any apps on the phone from isoftstone? If so when they were installed they may have been given permission to see what other apps are on your phone, and you could get caught, so this may be a no no if you want to keep working for them.

Sorry @Jon I didn’t answer your question properly before. I’ve been up a mountain today and so a bit off the radar. It looks like they want 4 hours per week but long term. Money ain’t great but prob an extra £150 per month so can’t be turned down really. But going to London for a 2.5 minute task seems disproportionate
After hearing nothing back I sent them an email yesterday. Received a reply this morning stating that although I filled out the NDA correctly they have run out of positions and will pass my details to the project manager blah blah blah. Back to the drawing board lol.
