That much and more twice I think once on Guild Wars 2 and once on Bioshock Infinite, we would have had the Borderlands one too if we hadn't had been a bit poor at the time lol

Thought it was about time I got back onto the gaming wagon. Done away with the Xbox a few months ago and picked up a wee PS3 recently. Only a 12GB so need to figure out how to add extra memory as Skyrim literally stops me installing anything else!!

So yeh, I am a 27 year old, overweight guy who loves to pretend to be a Dark Elf focused on Magika and dual casting!! *Man Card retired!*

Does anyone else play games on their tablets? I have an iPad Air and have never seen a market move as quickly as the mobile /tablet space has

It takes me back to the days of the spectrum /Amiga / bbc where people would just sit and code in their bedroom and you would get a new game appearing each week as a cover disc or whatever.

The only thing I HATE is in app purchases. It's enough to put me right off a game if they shove it down my throat

My husband uses the iPad more than me though I do play Hearthstone on there if I'm away and bored.

His games consist of;

Star Wars the Old Republic (he likes his SW world)

Bejeweled

I know there are so many more he enjoys and has bought but this being a new pad means he hasn't downloaded them all yet.

It's basically a thinking mans platformer, the game looks ridiculously good and it just got released on android at the moment. (and yes that advert is real and not computer generated)

Playing quite a bit of minecraft, well I am getting further in it than I did before, manage to make quite a decent house last night before getting killed by a spider but such is life lol

Mobile games in their nature need to be a pick and play style for me. I don't want to be penalised for leaving the game early if I don't have time right now to get to said checkpoint. Cross play is also quite important to me so if I can play a bit on the ipad and then carry on on my iphone on the way to work I always like that. More and more iOS games offer that facility now so that's good.



Games like Knights of the old republic (which I actually played back on the PC many years ago) are quite involved games, however saying that I completed GTA on my ipad over christmas last years so I will make exception to those rules lol
