I am surprised at how many eyeballs as you put visit. Many people that use sites like this are usually keen to tell us how much they are making etc. Seems strange they do not sign up. Not really sure what people are taking? Maybe make the forums members only. As for space perhaps do away with the same people constantly liking each others posts ;)

Why are you surprised? I'm not surprised.

They'll take your soul.

This is a ridiculous statement. I like people's posts cos they are either 1) helpful 2) funny 3) they take time out of their day to actually bother to post.

Or all three. Which is why I just 'liked' yours.

I liked your post cos you liked mine. There's a lot of likes floating around and I like that. I bet Jon likes that too, and I'm sure he'll like my post.
I would like it if I could like my own post, actually.

I was going to suggest that in the "suggestions" thread that I think is in the "news" forum :) id like it to be discreet though personally - when I get a badge it tells me in my pm's which makes me think someone's messaged me XD

...makes me think I'm popular then I realise it's just a badge :'( ;)

I think the badge system is great. It encourages people to post.
Being able to like posts too is good. Just a way of appreciating or liking what someone has said especially if it is something useful or funny.
Good to lighten up a bit. It can be easy to get too intense. :)

I feel this has been a missed opportunity... I can imagine it now... horror theme on the forums, a countdown to the apocalypse and only the strongest shall survive for another day of moneyshedding!

My first post - solely as a result of your email.
I joined ages ago (as far as I remember, it was as a result of 63336 going downhill) but I completely forgot about it, so I was prompted to log on again today and I'm so glad I did.
I resigned from 63336 on New Year's Eve and have been on the lookout for other bits and bobs to do. I've already found a couple of things I didn't know existed! 8)

So, hello to everyone and I promise I won't leave it so long next time!

You sound similar to me. Think I posted a couple of times (also signed up following the 63336 issues).

I kept meaning to check out this site again - and participate, but then I had other problems to deal with - illness and family stuff. Frustrating because I haven't had much chance to check in here - or do much work at all!

I'm still not totally back to normal but hoping to start working more (from home) and joining in here more too. Definitely need to because money is rapidly running out!

Thanks to Jon for the kick up the bum prompting me to log-in again. Hope to pop in here more often from now onwards. :)

I'm new as in just signed up a couple of days ago, I have had a browse around and I have to say I am finding it difficult to know what posts to contribute to as some haven't been active in a while so it'll seem like I'm just restarting an old thread. Those post that are active seem to have regular, active members on that are in conversation with others they know. Nevertheless I will continue on and contribute to posts when I can :)

Come join us in general chat [member=1669]sophie[/member] :D we just like people who engage properly, bad posts are short 10-15 word one liners just to get up to 10 posts. Veterans can get away with it ;)

You could also start a diary in the money earning/saving diary sections ^_^
