I never rely on cashback to be paid out, as there is always a reason why it may not be, but it is very nice when it is and you get that notification.

Personally I love TopCashBack and it has earned me quite a bit over the years, particularly when I used it to book my honeymoon this summer! I used to use TCB a long time ago.

I recently needed to get a phone line so registered for the BT offer when it included a £125 sainsburys gift card.

This also gave me £171 in Cashback which is now tracked and ready to pay out.

I'm thinking of using this as MB 'float'

I'm not too worried about PA, also I've done a number of 'signup' offers previously.

When PA went up in price, I made the decision that I'm not sure the investment is for me. For what I want to do, I think I can cope without it.

Just joined the TCB site to and was delighted to find it works. I was a bit sceptical (now there's a surprise) that it would only work out as cheap as if you'd had a special deal somewhere else. When the quote for my insurance came through via TCB I thought that this must have included the cash back as it was a good price but was even happier to find out that the TCB was paid out separately. So I got a great insurance policy (with breakdown cover, legals, windscreen and a low excess) for £200 when my original renewal quote was £380. I did use the comparison sites to find the cheaper deals and then when I found one I like I looked for it on TCB and purchased it through that. Wish I'd used it years ago..

Seems that there are lots of us in the £1,000+ club now! I've made over £1,500 and I don't even buy much shopping online. Mostly just from renewing insurances, getting a new savings account and finding a better 0% credit card deal for a relative
