i haven't received an invoice template as of yet .when would this be sent out ?

also when is the cut of dates? and how do i tally up all the task payments i have done, so that the invoice information is correct ?
Hi Cas, we send these out towards the end of each month so you should receive it late next week or early the week after. Each month's invoice should include all jobs for that calendar month. Shepherds usually keep a tally of all jobs completed but if you're unsure of anything you can contact our operations team who will be able to check what reports we've received from you.

@Shepper I cant seem to log into the Shepper app for android, saying invalid? I have a task for tomorrow, but cant do it if i can't get onto the app?
My shepper jobs app always says an error on my location too, im not quite sure what the app is actually for as i can't do anything on it? Is there something im missing with that one?

I have two apps on android, The main app that usually displays "All Clear" when opened and another app where I can create a Job. One is called "Shepper" the other is "shepper Jobs".
Probably best to email support for help, My communications with them so far have been very good.
I can't seem to log in to the Shepper app, so not can't really do the task tomorrow unless it gets sorted.

Completed my second Shepper task yesterday. Really not a fan of having to use three different things (2x app and an email) to complete a task.

That being said the tasks are straightforward enough, well paid and so far the support when needed has been second to none, something sadly lacking with a lot of apps.

Nice one... i had to give up on it as the app serves no purpose (can only get jobs by emailing support to ask if there are any... which there isnt in Scotland) they really need to streamline the operation... do agree their support is good

I’m up in North of Scotland so shepper jobs app no use to me but I got a text today from them to do the same job I did last week but at a different store. Price of task has gone up which was great. The Shepper app has been updated so the report was easier to send through as you could see that it had actually sent. Shepper team were very responsive to texts and I emailed back confirmation to the guy that job was done and he emailed back very quickly to say all received and report was great.
