Money Making Megastar!

I did a Computer Games Tech course at University so yeah I casually have a degree in computer games haha - not that I did anything with it really as I found that I enjoyed playing games more than making them, I also didn't have a real specialisation I was a little bit good at everything and thats no good in that industry!
ANYWHOOO...
We own most consoles between me and my partner... SNES, N64, PS2, PS3, XBox360, Wii are the ones that are currently plugged in The only reason we haven't got a PS4/Xbox One yet is there hasn't been a release that has made spending the money on it justifiable (considering 8 month baby and me having no job haha)
My partner is currently playing the Bioshock Infinite DLC, and I'm watching with keen interest (love the Bioshock storylines)- my only weak point with gaming is I can't cope with anything remotely 'jumpy out' although Borderlands is an exception to that rule... yet I can't play Zelda Windwaker... don't ask - I don't even know how that works!!!
Me I'm currently addicted to Minecraft, love it - I run my own little server with a few friends running a modpack and I'm playing a modded skyblock map on single player.
We're also big into gaming memorabilia like figures, t-shirts and accessories! We have so many... fills up our house quite a bit.
It'd be fair to say that we would be quite shocked if baby girl turned out to be a non-gamer.... as well we're very into our Board games and Magic the Gathering too!
I see some great ideas for niche blog websites jumping off the page here
Those with the most crazy hobbies have a big advantage.
I did post a new thread asking about the implications of this sort of thing in the earn money online board but no one seems to know as they haven't replied yet. According to Mojangs EULA you cannot make money from their products but are free to monetise videos so I kind of assume monetising a blog might be alright. Later on though they do state that any content created for minecraft can be copied/edited excetera by them and they have all rights to it but I think this is in regards to mods. There are so many people out there making money off of gaming related crafts that I don't think a blog advertising their game and leading them to sales of it will bother them.
I also wouldn't want to take away from Chammys geek craft blog so would rather blog about games than cool stuff related to games
