Apologies, we've not been receiving notifications from this site! To answer a few of your questions...
- Our app is now available on Android. Anyone who has registered with Shepper would have received an email with their username and password. If you are signed up but haven't received this please email
operations@shepper.com
- Once a job has been submitted, we will only contact you directly afterwards if there is a problem or anything missing. I understand that some mystery shopping firms may not accept a report once it's been submitted but that isn't the case with us unless something is very wrong. If you've done the job and not been contacted, assume all is well!
- We do use the Shepper Jobs app but as this works based on location it isn't ideal for allocating jobs outside of big cities. In this case, we also turn to emailing to allocate.
- We pay our Shepherds monthly. At the end of each month, all Shepherds who have completed a task will receive a blank invoice template via email to fill in and return to us. We then pay via bank transfer within the first few days of the new month.
